Yellowstone Development Group respects your privacy. This policy describes the information processed by our investor portal, why we process it, and the choices available to you.
Information we process
- Account and investor information: information needed to authenticate you, provide your authorized investments and documents, and complete onboarding.
- Consented browser analytics: if you accept analytics, Google Analytics and PostHog collect page navigation, interactions, performance information, browser and device characteristics, and session recordings. Form inputs are masked in recordings. We use pseudonymous identifiers rather than sending your email address to PostHog.
- Operational events: the portal records pseudonymous sign-in, document, onboarding, and error outcomes needed to operate, secure, and improve the authenticated service. These events do not include form values, financial amounts, document contents, or raw email addresses.
- Contact requests: when you contact us, we receive your account details and message so we can respond and may store them in our customer-relationship system.
- Server logs: standard request data such as IP address, user agent, path, and timestamp is recorded for security and operations and retained on a limited schedule.
How we use information
- Provide and secure the investor portal and enforce access permissions.
- Complete requested document, onboarding, and support actions.
- Diagnose errors and improve navigation, reliability, and performance.
- Detect and prevent abuse.
We do not sell your personal information or use portal data for advertising profiles.
Cookies and analytics choices
Browser analytics and session recording remain disabled unless you accept analytics in the consent banner. Declining or withdrawing consent stops PostHog and Google Analytics browser capture. You can change your choice by clearing the klaro cookie and reloading the portal. Essential authentication, security, and operational processing is not controlled by the analytics-cookie preference.
Service providers and retention
We use service providers including PostHog and Google for analytics and providers for authentication, hosting, email, customer-relationship management, document delivery, and investor administration. They process information on our behalf under applicable contractual safeguards. Analytics retention is limited by our provider settings and operational need; session recordings are currently retained for up to 30 days.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold by emailing alex@cellect.ai. We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
